He was born in Thessaloniki in 1971. At the age of 14 he started learning the guitar on his own, participating in amateur bands until 1989, when he started taking classical, electrical and advanced theory lessons. In 1992 he graduated with a degree in Advanced Theory and continued his studies in Great Britain at the Leeds College of Music in the class of Adrian Ingram. At the same time taking piano, composition, orchestration, orchestral conducting and music history classes, he graduated with the Graduate Diploma with Honors in Jazz.
In 1994 he participated in the Leeds International Jazz Festival and in 1995 he won the first guitar award at the British Big Band Competition and was invited to record for the BBC. In the same year he collaborated with the English comedian Danny La Rue in the project ¨ The cage with the crazy ¨ and also participated in the Adaire Jazz Festival of Ireland, in the 4th Festival of EU member states – Cyprus – Malta, and for two consecutive years ( ΄95 and ΄96 respectively) at the 34th and 35th Thessaloniki Song Festival.
In 1997 he became a member of the ERT3 orchestra and in 2000 he completed his studies at Middlessex University, obtaining the Bachelor of Arts in Jazz while making many appearances in music scenes in England.
In 2003 he created the Hot Club Gypsy Trio, the first gypsy jazz band in Greece. In 2004 they appeared in the 39th Dimitria with the internationally renowned gypsy guitarist Francis Moerman and in 2005 they released a cd with their work by the company ANKH productions, which they presented at the festival “para thin ‘alos 2005”.
Also in 2004 he appears in the following international festivals:

2006 participates as a soloist in the cd of the composer-producer Cayetano which is released internationally by the company sala Sonora.
2007 completes his studies in advanced theory with a degree in fugue.
During all these years, he appeared on music stages such as Mylos, Globe, Hyatt Regency Casino in Thessaloniki, Alabastro in Athens, Art House in Larisa etc.
