Prerequisite for a degree in choir conducting is a degree in counterpoint and a degree in piano or other instrument (for holders of degrees in other instruments, the piano level must be at least A average). During studies the student directs, studies and analyzes choral works from the Middle Ages to the modern era.
Compulsory courses: Playing choral score on piano, Solfege and dictee, History and analysis of choral music and opera, piano (for those who do not have a degree in piano), conducting ensembles, orchestration for choir, pronunciation of foreign texts.
Study duration: 5 years
