Sonia Tatiani Koutziari, was born in Halkidiki on September 20, 1999. From a small age she had contact with traditional music, until today she deals with tradition through her studies and her personal music research.

.Graduate of advanced theories (Degree in Harmony 2020), at our conservatory, with professor Mr. George Karakasis.

She has attended the seminar “Rhythmology and the melody of rhythm”, with Mr. George Karakasis as speaker, organized by AMS.

She was a member of the choir of Neon Galatista from 2010 to 2017, as a soprano soloist in traditional songs, with distinctions at national festivals in 2010 and 2011.

She was a member of the Philharmonic of the Municipality of Polygyros in Galatista from 2009 to 2020, learning flute and clarinet.

She participates as a singer in traditional dance events from 2014 until today, mainly in Halkidiki.

As part of her studies at the Department of Music Science and Art, she has recorded traditional songs.
